This team finished above just 3 teams in the league table in 2017. The on-field impact of their off-season moves thus far is Tyrone Mears playing instead of Jome when either Thiesson or Burch get injured. This change does not move the team further up the league table. So many other roster improvements are needed to move this team up the table. The front office is making it so hard to support this team.

There’s an argument to be made that more time together, as a team, will increase performance. And having experience with teammates – knowing where to run, when to cover – and with the Manager’s instructions does matter. But I agree, more needs to be done to move up the conference ladder. Most roster moves are to come, so we’ll just have to see what they come up with.
