You don’t like the British accent MNUFC deemed “necessary” for big league soccer in Minnesota? ???

I grew up listening to British accents… I understand the others in MLS, NASL, and even coach Heath. I can’t understand this one… it’s not the accent, it’s his mumbling and terrible play-by-play in between goals. If you watch Callum’s highlight reel on youtube, it’s all goal-calls and they’re decent… but for the other 99% of the game, he’s useless and certainly not helping those who are interested in supporting a home team, learning about the players, tactics, the game….. a lot of fans are going to watch a game on TV before they buy a ticket. We do that with all new sports. listen to him for 15 seconds. then hit pause and try to repeat what he said. mumble mumble mumble .. .then put yourself in the mindset of someone who doesn’t know the names of the players. Molino sounds like Mrunow….. then listen to him on the radio and try to follow what’s going on. Other teams (such as Portland and SKC) simulcast and you can actually follow the play. Chris’s play-by-play also needed a lot of work, but I could at least understand him because he speaks clearly. If MNUFC deemed it “necessary” for an accent, they drew the short straw!
