Perhaps even bigger news, Miami FC’s CEO released the Full “Silva Report” on promotion/relegation in MLS. It’s a hefty read at almost 50 pages, but very intriguing. Along the same lines, John Paul Motta announced on twitter that he and US Adult Soccer would be revealing their plans for a fourth division.
