I like this lineup. We’ll see how it goes, but I expect it to be better them the last match.

I may have overly high expectations…

Molino converted, Piatti didn’t…the disastrous comedie d’erreurs en Montreal overcome…for now…

…Loons, I refer you to Alex’s post from two hours ago…

What a wild start to the game. That Shuttleworth save was a major momentum swing.

At the half, we’re still not looking incredible, but we’re definitely no longer playing horribly.

I’m just going to keep saying it, Kevin Molino does not have the fundamentals to play the #10. Every first touch he pops up, every pass he gives is bouncing. Not clean enough. Also Christian looks like he needs some more time to get back into the flow, but he definitely seemed a bit more comfortable as the game progressed.

At the half, we’ve looked more dangerous than in the last couple games. 1-1 is fair given the wild start and PKs. Martin has finally settled in, he looked rough to start.

Both sides look to be suffering from the heat. Montreal’s energy dropped off noticeably after Molino’s PK. We can take this if we clean up the final touch.

I expect both teams to come out strong after the half. Heath needs to use his stubs sooner rather than later.

That’s a great goal by Dzemaili. Dammit.

Miguel Ibarra: OK, but not enough to make me comfortable that Adrian Heath will want to play him next week…

Christian Ramirez: One special moment per game will do for him, but we’d like more…the special moment was sufficient tonight…

…Abu Danladi – first, did Heath actually use ALL THREE SUBS TONIGHT? OMG!!! Then, the goal, as the Quebecois would say, “…magnifique!!!”

Hockey – Les Habitants et les Etoiles du Nord…no, wait, hockey isn’t on yet, so Cabrera decided to try to get Molino to play the Dino Ciccarelli role to his Chris Chelios, but Molino didn’t play along – maybe a post-game red for Cabrera?

The Gaffer: Not entirely happy about the game in the interview with Jamie Watson, but the sudden impact of the first Montreal goal would do that…
