Really cool, I’ve listened to the last few episodes and I think you guys have a good thing going with this medium.
Adding an interview like this is pretty cool. I love getting the player perspective too. I already tend to think that team culture is an underrated factor, and Eric’s insights give that view a lot of credence. Makes me all the happier with the team’s apparent discerning tastes in the player market. Given a final record for this coming season, I would rather get there by overachieving than by underachieving.
