Marc Burch struggling with injury
As we reported yesterday, full back Marc Burch is off to Philadelphia to see a specialist and could be facing a long layoff. Burch has not played since he was subbed out late during the MLS away fixture against Sporting Kansas City. Justin Davis and Ismaila Jome made up the left side of the defense in the U.S. Open Cup fixture against SKC. In the latest match, Jérôme Thiesson moved to left back while Kevin Venegas replaced Thiesson on the right. Davis did not make the trip to Salt Lake last weekend and should return to the matchday eighteen on Wednesday.
